Professional education outlooks and further employment were discussed at Murmansk Gymnasium No.6 supported by Norebo.

The representatives of our Group, St. Petersburg Marine Fish-Industry College (part of Kaliningrad State Technical University), students of Norebo maritime class and their parents attended this meeting.

During the video conference call, the children learned more about the areas of study (navigation, fish processing technologies, logistics, operation of ship power facilities, etc.) and the preferences they receive upon entering the College: students have at their disposal more than 40 classrooms, educational and training centre, multimedia classroom, computer laboratories with internet access, sport and health centre, club and library, career development centre “Career track”, and accommodation in a comfortable campus. The College will become another partner in the geography of educational opportunities for graduates of maritime classes.

Parents asked about admission requirements and organization of everyday life when in the Collage. The questions to our Group were mostly about popular professions, organization of apprenticeship and scholarship agreements.

In this regard Norebo supervises the learning process discussed at Murmansk gymnasium No. 6 and offers training on board fishing vessels and at fish processing facilities. This is how the interaction between future specialists and the employer, the transfer of experience and the formation of the necessary professional skills are organized.
