Environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) is a set of company’s management characteristics describing the way the company involved in solving environmental, social and managerial problems.

Norebo's main corporate document establishing the principles of operation within the ESG is Norebo’s Code of Conduct for Sustainable Fisheries and Corporate Social Responsibility. The Code is a mandatory standard for the companies of the Norebo group. In addition to the Code of Conduct, Norebo has implemented other corporate standards in different areas.
